Welcome to With Love Gaia. By accessing this website or participating in any offerings, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older, or legally able to consent in their place of residence.

Consultations, courses, labs, memberships, and other offerings must be accessed or booked by the individual receiving the offering.

2. Registration & Participation

Certain offerings require registration or creation of a member account through third-party platforms including Squarespace and Acuity Scheduling.

Registration grants provisional access to applicable offerings. Continued eligibility and access may depend upon completion of stated participation requirements.

By registering, booking, or participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

3. Course Completion & Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, provisional course access expires 7 days after registration if completion requirements are not met.

Completion is generally defined as:

- Viewing all required course videos from start to finish

- Submission of a completion attestation form

Supplemental materials are optional unless otherwise stated.

Participants are responsible for managing their own participation timelines. Reminder emails or follow-up communication are not guaranteed.

Completion within the required timeframe may grant ongoing eligibility for additional offerings, services, or community opportunities.

4. Evergreen Content & Availability

Courses and offerings may evolve over time and may be revised, expanded, paused, replaced, or discontinued at any time.

Where stated, “lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the offering while it remains available through With Love Gaia.

5. Scheduling & Participation Boundaries

Consultations, labs, and other scheduled offerings reserve time, space, and energetic preparation.

Unless otherwise stated:

- Bookings and registrations cannot be rescheduled, cancelled, or transferred

- Missed bookings are considered forfeited

6. Membership Conduct & Access

Access to offerings, memberships, and community spaces is granted at the discretion of With Love Gaia.

With Love Gaia reserves the right to modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue access at any time if participation is determined to be disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the integrity or intended purpose of the offerings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content including text, videos, audio, graphics, course materials, and branding is the property of With Love Gaia unless otherwise credited.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

8. Client Agreements & Permissions

By participating in consultations or experiential offerings, you acknowledge and agree that:

- Your astrological birth chart and/or Akashic Records may be accessed where applicable

- Information shared is spiritual and educational in nature

- You accept full responsibility for how you choose to utilize information provided

- Personal information shared in private sessions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by you

- Generalized and de-identified client experiences may be referenced in educational or public content without identifying information

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Offerings provided by With Love Gaia are spiritual and educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial services.

With Love Gaia does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

By participating in offerings or using this website, you agree to release and hold harmless With Love Gaia LLC and its affiliates from liability related to use of the information provided.

10. Modifications

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued participation or use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
