Welcome to With Love Gaia. By accessing or using this website or any associated services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are made between you and With Love Gaia LLC (“With Love Gaia”).

1. Use of Site

You may browse this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse any content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site functionality.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, and service descriptions — is the property of With Love Gaia unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited.

3. Eligibility

All clients must be 18 years or older, or legally able to consent in their place of residence. One-to-one sessions, group sessions, courses, and memberships must be booked by the individual receiving the service or product. For consultations involving more than one person, one participant must complete the booking and confirm that all others have given consent.

4. Booking, Enrollment, & Payment

One-to-one sessions, group sessions, courses, and memberships must be booked or enrolled in by the individual receiving the service.

Enrollment in courses and memberships requires completion of checkout and payment at the selected contribution level, as described on the applicable enrollment page. Creating an account alone does not guarantee access to course materials or member benefits.

Bookings and enrollments are completed through third-party platforms, including Acuity Scheduling and Squarespace. Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. By completing a booking or enrollment, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Reschedule Policy.

5. Evergreen Content & Course Availability

Courses are living expressions of consciousness-based work and may evolve over time. Where stated, “lifetime access” means access to a course or other content for the lifetime of the content as it is offered by With Love Gaia. Where stated, “evergreen” means a course is not tied to a specific start or end date and may be accessed on an ongoing basis at the time of purchase.

While With Love Gaia intends for evergreen courses to remain available on an ongoing basis and to evolve over time, lifetime access does not guarantee perpetual availability or require that a course remain active indefinitely.

Evergreen courses may be updated, expanded, revised, or refined periodically at the discretion of With Love Gaia, based on inspiration, new insights, or evolving offerings.

With Love Gaia reserves the right to modify, replace, pause, or discontinue any course or content at any time. If a course is sunset or retired, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate this in advance when possible. In the event a course is discontinued, access may be removed or transitioned at the discretion of With Love Gaia.

6. Membership Access & Completion Requirements

Certain enrollment options may include completion requirements that must be met within a specified time period. Where applicable, completion is defined as viewing all required course videos from start to finish and submission of a form attesting completion of requirements . Engagement with supplemental materials is optional.

If completion requirements are not met within the specified time period, access to the course and associated member benefits may be discontinued. Discontinuation of access does not constitute a refund of any fees paid.

7. Gift & Bundle Certificates

Gift certificates and bundle certificates are non-refundable. Certificate codes may be transferred or gifted to another individual prior to redemption. Any individual in possession of a valid certificate code may redeem it. Consultations, courses, and group sessions must be booked by the individual receiving the service or content. Booking on behalf of another person is not permitted. Once a certificate code has been redeemed and a consultation, course, or session has been booked, the booking and associated service are non-transferable.

8. Scholarship Program

With Love Gaia may offer scholarship opportunities for certain courses, labs, or consultations at its discretion. Scholarships are offered in service to accessibility and empowerment and are not guaranteed.

Eligibility requirements, application processes, and selection criteria for scholarships are determined by With Love Gaia and may change from time to time. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

Scholarship recipients are selected at the sole discretion of With Love Gaia, which may include random selection among eligible applicants, intuitive guidance, or other criteria as described at the time of application.

Scholarships are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for other services or compensation. Scholarship awards are subject to any completion requirements, access limitations, or participation guidelines described in the applicable offering.

With Love Gaia reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any scholarship program at any time.

9. Community Contributions & Pay-it-Forward

When available, members may choose to offer voluntary or Pay-It-Forward contributions to support community access and sustainability. Voluntary contributions are not connected to booking priority, scheduling, or entitlement to services, and do not create a client relationship or obligation. Pay-It-Forward consultations offered due to forfeited bookings are governed separately under the Refund & Reschedule Policy.

10. Refund & Reschedule Policy

We value your time and energy, and appreciate your understanding of our clear Refund & Reschedule Policy. This policy explains in detail how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled for consultations, labs, courses, and gift certificates.

11. Client Agreements & Permissions

The following agreements apply to consultations, labs, courses, and other experiential offerings unless otherwise specified.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You grant permission for Shelley Sweazey of With Love Gaia LLC to access your astrological birth chart and/or Akashic Records on your behalf.
- You grant permission for Shelley Sweazey to convey the information and energy that serves your highest good at this time.
- You understand that all information is offered in support of your desire to more fully understand and integrate your soul’s highest expression in this life.
- You accept full responsibility for how you choose to utilize the information shared.
- You understand that all personal information you share — including your identity, astrology, and Akashic Records — will remain confidential and will not be disclosed without your prior written permission.
- You understand that generalized and de-identified client experiences may be referenced in podcast episodes, teaching, or educational content. These examples never include identifying details and are often synthesized across multiple clients to protect privacy.
- You may contact With Love Gaia with questions before completing your booking.

Completing your booking indicates an energetically and legally binding agreement to these conditions.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Consultations, labs, courses, and content provided by With Love Gaia are spiritual and educational in nature. They are not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, legal advice, or financial guidance.

With Love Gaia does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Each individual is responsible for their own choices, actions, and interpretations of the information received. Outcomes are not guaranteed, as each person’s path is unique.

By engaging with our website or services, you agree to release and hold harmless With Love Gaia LLC, its owner, and affiliates from any liability related to your use of the information provided.

13. Membership Conduct & Right to Discontinue Access

Membership access is granted at the discretion of With Love Gaia. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue access to courses, memberships, community spaces, or services at any time, with or without notice, if participation is determined to be disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the intended purpose or integrity of the offerings. Decisions regarding access are made to preserve the safety, integrity, and intended use of the offerings for all participants.

Discontinuation of access does not entitle a participant to a refund of any fees paid.

14. Modification to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
