Welcome to With Love Gaia. By accessing or using this website or any associated services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are made between you and With Love Gaia LLC (“With Love Gaia”).
1. Use of Site
You may browse this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse any content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site functionality.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, logos, images, course materials, and service descriptions — is the property of With Love Gaia unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited.
3. Eligibility
All clients must be 18 years or older, or legally able to consent in their place of residence. Consultations and courses must be booked by the individual receiving the service. For relationship or business consultations involving more than one person, one participant must complete the booking and confirm that all others have given consent.
4. Booking & Payment
Consultations and courses must be booked by the individual receiving the consultation or course content. Bookings are completed through Acuity Scheduling and payments processed via Stripe or PayPal. By booking, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Reschedule Policy.
5. Gift & Bundle Certificates
Certificate codes may be transferred or gifted to another individual prior to redemption, unless otherwise specified. Consultations and courses must be booked by the individual receiving the consultation or content, using the certificate code provided or gifted. Once redeemed, the consultation or course access is non-transferable.
6. Refund & Reschedule Policy
We value your time and energy, and appreciate your understanding of our clear Refund & Reschedule Policy. This policy explains in detail how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled for consultations, courses, and gift certificates.
7. Client Agreements & Permissions
By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree:
You grant permission for Shelley Sweazey of With Love Gaia LLC to access your astrological birth chart and/or Akashic Records on your behalf.
You grant permission for Shelley Sweazey to convey the information and energy that serves your highest good at this time.
You understand that all information is offered in support of your desire to more fully understand and integrate your soul’s highest expression in this life.
You accept full responsibility for how you choose to utilize the information shared.
You understand that all personal information you share — including your identity, astrology, and Akashic Records — will remain confidential and will not be disclosed without your prior written permission.
You understand that generalized and de-identified client experiences may be referenced in podcast episodes, teaching, or educational content. These examples never include identifying details and are often synthesized across multiple clients to protect privacy.

Affirming your booking indicates an energetically and legally binding agreement to these conditions.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The consultations, courses, and content provided by With Love Gaia are spiritual and educational in nature. They are not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, legal advice, or financial guidance.
With Love Gaia does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Each individual is responsible for their own choices, actions, and interpretations of the information received. Outcomes are not guaranteed, as each person’s path is unique.
By engaging with our website or services, you agree to release and hold harmless With Love Gaia LLC, its owner, and affiliates from any liability related to your use of the information provided.
