I blend my science & business background with consciousness & spirituality. With 25 years in health care, I’m an expert in the dynamics and economics across the traditional health care system. I recently left an executive role to explore how to help people differently — moving upstream into spiritual and emotional health and focusing on the soul & energy.

The process of personal transformation requires curiosity, commitment, & resilience. While not always easy, the lightness & connection to purpose that emerge make it undeniably worthwhile.

Every individual holds the wisdom and capacity to walk their own path of transformation, but support can be invaluable when consciously chosen.     I hold a BS in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara. My college and early career centered around health care sciences, research, and analytics, with a focus on brain and behavior, pharmacology, and the pharmaceutical industry.

    My training in the sciences and the scientific method is a foundation that serves in all my current endeavors.

    I earned an MBA from UC Berkeley and spent 15 years in business strategy and operations consulting within the largest nonprofit integrated health care system in the US. In 2018, I became one of the youngest members of the executive team. I resigned as Vice President of Strategy and Implementation in September 2024 to begin this new chapter.

    I am a certified health coach and have extensive experience in talent development, people leadership, and cultivating healthy, inclusive cultures within organizations.
