About With Love Gaia and Collaborators
With Love Gaia exists to support individuals in increasing their consciousness and connecting with their inspiration and purpose. Our services focus on how consciousness works and how to work your consciousness in everyday life through information and energy offered in several formats, including personal storytelling, courses, large group practice, one-to-one consultation, and intensive small group cohorts. These offerings support individuals in the practice of working their consciousness and accelerate the rise of collective consciousness.
All services are gifted, free of financial exchange or other obligation, and offered in partnership with the Council of 12, who guide the evolution of consciousness across the universe.
Courses and large group practice are essentially unlimited in supply—anyone with internet access is welcome to engage with them. Services with limited availability, such as consultations and intensive small group cohorts, are offered as gifts through random selection within the community. Anyone who signs up to join the With Love Gaia community is immediately eligible to receive invitations for gifts, with no additional requirements.
Collaborators offer energetically aligned products, services, and events that honor the knowledge of ancient lineages as well as emerging consciousness, uphold reciprocity with local communities and the Earth, prioritize quality and natural materials, and practice ethical supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution processes. We operate with awareness and care for the energy of our offerings, from inspiration through production and delivery.
Each of us has been working on our unique contributions to these collaborations. As we bring them together, we are creating a network that will hold the field for others, allowing consciousness to continue rising through challenging times ahead.
What we build together will bridge the world from a financial and profit-driven orientation toward a future of global community, collaboration, and a return to the natural cycles, flow, and abundance of the Earth.
Gifting and collaboration are essential to this bridging function, loosening the linkage between value and money, de-emphasizing individual gain, and reorienting toward mutual benefit and shared abundance.

With Love Gaia Financial Structure
All With Love Gaia services are gifted, free of financial exchange or any other obligation. With Love Gaia receives no direct financial contributions from community members.
All financial contributions come through collaboration, aligning incentives for shared success. With Love Gaia succeeds when our community and collaborators thrive.
Funds received through collaborations are invested in the sustainability, growth, and impact of With Love Gaia and its independent affiliate organizations, Ritual Mystical and Earthkeeper Consulting.

Collaboration Elements and Financial Structure
Collaborations begin with vetting and consultation to establish strategic and energetic alignment. Once approved, collaborators may participate in promotions, sales through the With Love Gaia Shop, or both.
These activities support shared growth through product, service, and event awareness while simultaneously offering value to the With Love Gaia community.
1. Collaborator Vetting and Consultation
With Love Gaia only collaborates with organizations that have been fully vetted, working directly with founders and senior leaders.
During vetting, Shelley evaluates an organization's products, services, events, strategy, operations, and policies for energetic alignment with higher consciousness. Where appropriate, she provides strategic, operational, and policy consulting, incorporating both traditional strategy and consulting expertise and subtle energetic consulting.
Only after successful vetting and approval may an organization offer gifts, discounts, or other promotions to the With Love Gaia community.
Professional consulting fees are waived. Shelley invests her time and expertise upfront, with opportunities for financial compensation arising through subsequent collaborative sales activities rather than direct consulting fees.
Collaborators provide any products, services, or experiences necessary for evaluation and are responsible for associated shipping and/or travel expenses.
Shelley's personal experiences during vetting and consultation may subsequently inform demonstration, storytelling, and collaborative promotions through social media and other relevant platforms.
2. Collaborator Promotions
Approved collaborators may offer gifts, discounts, and other promotions to the With Love Gaia community.
With Love Gaia shares active promotions through social media, the With Love Gaia website, and/or other relevant channels. Promotional sharing is guaranteed, while the specific channels, timing, and creative expression are guided by inspiration.
Active promotions may also be featured on the With Love Gaia website, including collaborator information and backlinks to relevant products, services, events, or websites.
Gifts
Collaborators may offer gifts to the With Love Gaia community to increase awareness of their products, services, and events.
Gift recipients are randomly selected from the community, following the same approach used for With Love Gaia's own limited-supply offerings.
When a selected community member accepts a gift, the information necessary for fulfillment is shared with the collaborator, who delivers the gift directly to the recipient.
Discounts
Collaborators may offer discounted products, services, or events to the With Love Gaia community through promotional codes or other mechanisms.
These promotions create financial benefit for all parties:
Collaborators receive sales directly connected to the collaboration.
Community members receive discounted access to vetted offerings.
With Love Gaia receives a commission equal to the discount received by the community member.
With Love Gaia and the purchasing community member benefit in equal amount, while the collaborator gains a sale and broader awareness.
Collaborators independently determine the discounts they wish to offer. By linking With Love Gaia's commission directly to the community member's discount, the financial structure creates natural balance and alignment without the need for negotiation or pressure.
The financial structure is transparent to the community, creating awareness that the pathway to financially support With Love Gaia is through collaborator products, services, and events. Any financial support through collaborator purchases is entirely voluntary, self-directed, and without obligation or expectation. With Love Gaia's gifted services are never contingent upon purchases or financial contributions of any kind.
Collaborators may also receive additional strategic and operational consultation to support promotional activities.
3. With Love Gaia Shop
Approved collaborators may offer products, services, and events through the With Love Gaia Shop, a curated marketplace providing convenient access and visibility to the community.
Shop sales do not require discounted pricing for community members. With Love Gaia receives an agreed-upon percentage of sales revenue.
Shop collaborators are prioritized for ongoing strategy and operations consulting support from With Love Gaia.

Collaborator Recognition and Community
Following successful vetting and approval, collaborators may display the With Love Gaia Collaborator emblem on their websites and other communications, linking to the With Love Gaia website.
The emblem recognizes participation in our network of energetically aligned organizations and may continue to be displayed between promotions.
Collaborators also become part of a growing community of founders and leaders, with opportunities for connection, group consciousness practice, knowledge sharing, mutual support, and collaboration.

Advanced collaborations may incorporate additional promotional opportunities, use of the With Love Gaia brand in connection with certain products, services, or events, and/or additional financial agreements.
These arrangements are developed individually based on mutual alignment and opportunity.

Collaborator Selection
These collaborations are destined. We will discover each other when our paths connect, naturally and serendipitously.
Selection is made by mutual agreement, following initial steps to establish alignment and fit. These include one-on-one time to get to know each other, our organizations, and our respective missions, visions, and values.
All collaborators must be members of the With Love Gaia community.
