Refund & Reschedule Policy

We value your time and energy, and appreciate your understanding of the following policies, which support clarity, commitment, and energetic integrity:

Consultations

Refunds

  • Consultations are non-refundable from the time of booking.

  • Consultations are considered active from the time of booking, as preparatory work begins prior to the scheduled session.

Reschedules & Cancellations

  • Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.

No-Shows

  • Missed bookings are considered forfeited and are not refundable or reschedulable.

Pay-it-Forward

  • If a consultation is forfeited for any reason, the session may be paid forward to an eligible community member.

  • When a Pay-It-Forward consultation becomes available, an eligible community member is selected at random and notified by email.

  • Notified members must accept and book the appointment within 48 hours, or no later than 1 hour before the scheduled session time if the offer is made with less notice.

  • If the invitation is not accepted within the stated time window, the opportunity is considered forfeited and may be offered to another eligible community member.

  • A $1 contribution is required to book a Pay-It-Forward consultation.

Courses, Labs, & Other Group Sessions

  • Courses, Labs, and other group sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.

Gift & Bundle Certificates

  • Gift certificates and bundle certificates are non-refundable.

  • Certificate codes may be transferred or gifted to another individual prior to redemption. Any individual in possession of a valid certificate code may redeem it.

  • Consultations, courses, labs, and group sessions must be booked by the individual receiving the service or content. Booking on behalf of another person is not permitted.

  • Once a certificate code has been redeemed and a consultation, course, or session has been booked, the booking and associated service are non-transferable.
