About With Love Gaia and Collaborators
With Love Gaia exists to support individuals to increase their consciousness and connect with their inspiration and purpose. Our services focus on how consciousness works and how to work your consciousness in everyday life through information and energy offered in several formats, including courses, twice monthly large group practice, personal consultation, and intensive small group cohorts. They are offered to bring the larger population into the practice of working their consciousness and accelerate the rise of collective consciousness.
These services are available to all, free of financial exchange, and offered in partnership with the Council of 12, who guide evolution of consciousness across the universe.
Courses and large group practice are essentially unlimited supply – anyone with internet access is welcome to engage with them. Services with limited supply, consultations and intensive small group cohorts, are offered by random selection within the community. Community members become eligible to receive invitations to these offerings when they have completed our foundational course,Consciousness Basics,and at least one large group practice, Consciousness Labs. These steps provide essential information needed to engage with more advanced offerings. Following initial eligibility, each additional registration in large group practice equals one entry to receive a gifted invitation. More practice equals more entries – rewarding committed practice with greater likelihood of receiving gifts.
Collaborators offer energetically aligned products, services, and events that honor the knowledge of ancient lineages, uphold reciprocity with local communities and the Earth, prioritize quality, use natural materials, and practice ethical supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution processes. We operate with awareness and care for the energy of our offerings from inspiration through production and delivery.
Each of us has been working on our unique contributions to these collaborations and as we bring them together, we are creating a network that will hold the field for others – allowing consciousness to continue to rise through the challenging times ahead.
What we build together will bridge the world from a financial and profit-driven orientation to a future of global community, collaboration, and a return to the natural cycles, flow, and abundance of the Earth. With Love Gaia’s gifted services are essential to perform this bridging function, loosening the linkage between value and money, de-emphasizing individual gain, and reorienting to mutual benefit and shared abundance.
With Love Gaia Financial Structure
All With Love Gaia services are gifted and free of financial exchange – With Love Gaia receives no direct financial contributions. All financial contributions come through collaboration, aligning incentives for shared success. With Love Gaia succeeds when our community and collaborators thrive. Funds received through collaborations are invested in sustainability, growth, and impact of With Love Gaia and our affiliate non-profit organizations, Ritual Mystical, and Earthkeeper Consulting.
Collaboration Elements and Financial Structure
Collaborations have three foundational elements, two are non-financial and one incorporates financial exchange. All elements support shared growth through brand, product, and sales promotions that simultaneously offer incentive for engagement in the With Love Gaia community.
1. Brand and Product/Service/Event Promotion - Gifting to Shelley
Collaborators choose products/services/events to gift. Shelley may share about gifts on social media, the With Love Gaia podcast, and other relevant platforms. All sharing is unscripted, authentic, and inspired; therefore, is not guaranteed. It is recommended to share details about the inspiration, intention, design, materials, and production when gifts are offered. Gifts that require physical presence must also include travel. These gifts serve as promotion opportunities and also facilitate vetting prior to gifting to the community.
2. Brand and Product/Service/Event Promotion - Gifting to the With Love Gaia Community
Product/service/events that have been gifted to Shelley may also be gifted to the With Love Gaia community. When collaborator gifts are offered to the community, Shelley will share about them on social media, the With Love Gaia podcast, and/or other relevant platforms as inspired; sharing about community gifts is guaranteed and necessary for awareness of the gift within the community. Gift recipients are randomly selected within the With Love Gaia community, in a similar process to our own limited supply offerings. Following selection, recipient information is shared with the collaborator and gifts are delivered directly from the collaborator to the community member.
3. Sales Promotion – Promotion Codes for the With Love Gaia Community
Collaborators may offer sales promotions to the With Love Gaia community through discount codes or other mechanisms. These promotions generate financial benefit for all parties – collaborators receive a sale directly tied to the collaboration, community members receive a promotional rate for vetted products, and With Love Gaia receives a commission equal to the discount received by the community member. The financial structure of sales promotions is transparent to the community, creating awareness that the pathway to contribute to With Love Gaia is through collaborator products, services, and events – and that With Love Gaia and the community member benefit in equal amount.
In order to preserve the integrity of the value offered to the With Love Gaia community, promotional rates must exceed others available direct or through other platforms.
Advanced collaborations may incorporate other promotions, the use of the With Love Gaia brand in connection with certain products, services, or events, and/or additional financial agreements.
Collaborator Selection
These collaborations are destined. We will discover each other when our paths connect, naturally and serendipitously. Selection is made by mutual agreement following initial steps to ensure alignment and fit, including 1:1 time to get to know each other, our companies, our mission, vision, and values. All collaborators must be members of the With Love Gaia community and complete our Consciousness Basics course.
Collaborator Commitments
Collaborations are based on mutual alignment and may be terminated by either party at any time. Advanced collaborations may incorporate commitments on a case-by-case basis as appropriate.
